Licences & support

Set up for your team.

Licences specify the available modules, expiry date and number of devices. Contact us to discuss your research and the Windows hardware you plan to use.

How are models and updates delivered?

Models are downloaded for the modules your licence includes. The app verifies signed catalogue information and downloaded files. Updates use a Windows installer; you are prompted when a published update is available.

What does the licensing service receive?

The licence key, an opaque machine identifier, software version and activation timestamps. It does not receive DICOM studies or patient information.

Can I use it without an internet connection?

Initial activation and model downloads need a connection. Subsequent offline use depends on the grace period specified by your licence. Contact us before planning an offline installation.

Is CMR Horizon for clinical use?

No. CMR Horizon is a research prototype, not a medical device. It must not be used for diagnosis, treatment planning or other patient-care decisions. All outputs require review.
